Bay Area Star Picking Tour✨✨✨ The first one is Saison. It moved to the old factory building opposite the current AT&T Park in 2013. It is a restaurant with a more casual and free feeling. The modern design highlights the overall innovative dishes, and the fresh ingredients bring out the most original and special taste of the dishes. Except for the main dishes, which are a bit salty, the other tastes are very good. I especially like the sea urchin and desserts, which are very smooth and refreshing without being greasy. The wine pairing is quite ordinary, and there is no particularly outstanding wine.

Red wine goose liver mixed with osmanthus champagne pear is a dish that tasted quite good last year. The goose liver is wrapped in red mousse made of red wine. The taste of red wine suppresses the fishy smell of the goose liver, and it is paired with the osmanthus pear, which is refreshing and sweet, making the whole dish very interesting.

What a performance. This is definetely the new style in « fancy » dining. Relaxed atmosphere, relaxed but stylish service, absolute customer driven staff and management. All of the chefs did perform at their top, none of the dishes where average, they where all top and using local selected sourcing.

This 3-Michelin starred restaurant was an epic experience!!! We reserved a table for five weeks before because getting reservation is difficult. Frankly, I wasn’t aware of Benu’s reputation but that night of I think 20-course dinner was truly delightful.

This is a high-end creative cuisine restaurant named Birdsong that was selected into the 2020 Ctrip Food Forest Flavor Restaurant List. Their dishes are quite refreshing to me.

Strawberry smoothie, light cream + sweet strawberries full of jam + smooth milk smoothie! I couldn't help but eat a few more bites even though I was full! This must be ordered as early as possible because it is served very slowly.

gave the restaurant and excellent rating because the food was so overwhelmingly well prepared, spectacularly delicious, flawless I presentation and proportion, however I was less impressed with the service which felt theatrical during parts of the meal, a distraction to the food, too much talk around Chef Crenn’s background while growing up in Normandy, and dizzying levels of waitstaff circulation in the dining room. That said, if you are a foodie, it is definitely worth a try, if only once. Been there, loved the food, will unlikely repeat a visit for reasons noted above.
